Freshfields Represents Celsius on Its $1.8B Acquisition of Alani Nu

Freshfields is representing Celsius Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELH) on its acquisition of Alani Nutrition LLC (“Alani Nu”) for $1.8 billion.
