Freshfields Represents Oracle in Its $7.75B Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Debt Securities

Freshfields represented Oracle Corporation on its SEC-registered offering of $7.75 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes due 2028, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.800% Notes due 2028, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.250% Notes due 2032, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Notes due 2035, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.000% Notes due 2055 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Notes due 2065.
